Trout Creek is a gated real estate community of 25 homes in the Kimball Junction area of Park City, Utah. Trout Creek's location on the northern end of Park City (just north of I-80) provides great access to amenities in Kimball Junction (Newpark, Redstone and Landmark retail centers, restaurants and services plus recreational opportunities) and Park City while being a quick commute to Salt Lake City, UT.
15 of the 25 homes border the 355 acre northern potion of the Swaner Eco Center (formerly known as the Swaner Nature Preserve). The other 10 homes look out over the Spring Creek Trailhead and have views of the Utah Olympic Winter Sports Park and Park City's three ski resorts (Deer Valley, The Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort). The homes are clustered around a common area swimming pool. All of the homes have 2-car garages facing the pool area with their entrances to the side of the garage. The homes vary in size from 1700 to 1850 sq. ft; there are 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans plus lofts in some. The homes have fenced back yards and allow pets (with restrictions).
