The Town Pointe and Park Station condominiums are located at 1000 Park Ave. and 950 Park Avenue in the heart of Old Town Park City, Utah. Situated between Deer Valley Drive and Park Avenue, these two Park City subdivisions share common access and parking as well as some amenities. The two communities however feel very different.

Park Station Condominiums consists of two buildings each with approximately 40 residential units. The development was built in the early 1980's and has a brick exterior. There is a reception area in building one and elevator access to its 3 floors. A common area pool and hot tub is located between buildings one and two. Residences in Park Station range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and their condition can vary greatly depending on upgrades that may or may not have been made by owners.

The Town Pointe Condominiums were constructed just prior to the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Park City (The "Alpine Heart" of the Salt Lake City 2002 Games). Town Pointe is 41 residences contained in three separate 3 story buildings. Each building has underground parking and elevator access. The majority of the homes here are 3 bedroom 3 bath models varying from 1600-1900 square feet. All have high ceilings, private balconies (most with private hot tubs) and finishes that reflect their relatively young age.

While Town Pointe and Park Station feel different due to their age difference, they share a commonality that is timeless; location. Most anything you could want in Park City can be reached on foot. The Town Lift which can carry you onto Park City Mountain Resort is about 300 yards away (one short stop on the free bus for those that consider "walk" a "four-letter word"). Restaurants and shopping begin at about the same distance. City Park and the Park City Library are a few hundred yards to the north. Park City's other fine resorts - Deer Valley and The Canyons are accessible within minutes via the Park City transit system. Park Station and Town Pointe enjoy a location that is your final travel destination, you won't need a car again until it's time to go to the airport.
