The Three Kings Condominiums are a community of 96 Old Town Park City residences. Situated at the base of a hill next to the Park City Municipal Golf Course and just beyond the Park City Mountain Resort boundaries, this quiet neighborhood is a great primary residence or second home / vacation rental property area.
The Three Kings Condominiums are spread out among 9 buildings with clusters of 5 to 14 units in each building. All of the Three Kings condominiums are on Three Kings Drive at the northern end of the Old Town Park City real estate neighborhood. Some of the units back to the picturesque Glenwood Cemetery and aspen groves while others are on the golf course which becomes a cross country ski trail during the winter. All share a quiet serene atmosphere.
Three Kings Condominiums are designed as clustered townhomes. Each building has underground unassigned parking, a common area patio plus separate decks for each unit. Models vary in size from one bedroom two baths of 825+ sq ft. to 1500 square foot models with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Many units have a sleeping loft over the living area. Three Kings was built between 1971 and 1974. Many owners have remodeled and there are many configurations due to the remodels. A few have even combined 2 or 3 units making one larger residence. Units 50, 51 and 52 have been combined into one 6 bedroom 8 bath 4200+ square foot residence.
Three Kings Park City Home Owners Association ( HOA ) also maintains an outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna along with a community room with kitchen that can be used for parties and meetings.
