The Shores at Stillwater is a 63 unit subdivision located off the Mayflower Exit from Hwy 40 between Park City, Utah and Heber City, UT. The condominiums at the Shores at Stillwater are configured as two unit townhomes sharing one common wall. They vary in size from 2000’ to 3200’ and are 3-4 bedroom configurations.  Built in 2006-2008, Shores at Stillwater are built with 3 levels. Most models have some ski run or lake views and all have two car garages. Exterior yard maintenance is handled by the HOA and scheduled painting (paid for by individual owners) keeps the overall community looking good. It is a quiet community with primary resident and second home usage as well as a few nightly rentals. There are no retail or service amenities in the immediate area surrounding the Shores at Stillwater (a stop in Park City or Heber is needed for groceries and gas, etc.).
