Ridgepoint's mid-mountain Deer Valley location sits at an elevation of 8000 feet. The residences have downhill ski access into Deer Valley's Snow Park area via a ski trail (note this is not a groomed run and is not necessarily beginner friendly). Getting back to the condo at the end of the day does require you to cross a street and carry your skis for about 200 yards, so we at YouInParkCity.com do not consider this to be a ski-in, ski-out property, but it is close.

Ridgepoint condominiums in Deer Valley were built in 1985 and consist of eight 4 and 5 unit buildings. Models vary slightly in size and layout, but generally are 3 bedroom units with bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs have vaulted ceilings and an open loft above the dining area which makes for a great rec area / secondary family space. Ridgepoint models vary between 1576 and just over 2100 square feet.

The Ridgepoint community in Deer Valley shares a common area tennis court and basketball hoop as well as a heated pool with hot tub during the summer months. There is limited underground parking located below the tennis court central to all of the units. Each cluster also has outdoor uncovered parking available. Most units also have a private hot tub on the deck of the residence.

Views at the Ridgepoint condominiums vary, but most units face North West looking toward Park City. Aspen and pine trees surround the condominiums and give a true mountain feel.
