The Pinebrook Pointe condominiums are a community of 20 buildings nestled on a hillside on the north eastern edge of Park City, Utah. Its location provides fro easy access into Old Town Park City with its three world class ski and summer resorts as well as a short commute - about 20 minutes - into Salt Lake City. The area can be accessed via Pinebrook Blvd. to Pointe Rd. or Meadowview Dr. to reach its buildings on Meadowview Ct. and Gambel Rd.

The Pinebrook Pointe subdivision has 160 total condominiums spread over 20 units with letter designations 'A' through 'T' (see map below). Each building consists of an underground parking facility (2 spaces per unit) and two floors above of four flats each for eight residences per building. The condominiums in each building vary from 1 bedroom 1 bath models of about 680 square feet to three bedroom 2 bath models of 1280 square feet; the majority of the condominiums are 2 bedroom 2 bath models of 945 and 1280 square feet. All of these homes have fireplaces and a large outdoor deck. Many of the buildings back to open space and trails. The hillside location provides great views from many of these homes.

The proximity of Pinebrook Pointe condominiums to local amenities makes this area a great walking community. Local parks, trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and services are all within a couple of minutes walking. Areas beyond walking distance are easily reached Summit County and Park City's transit system. The Pinebrook Pointe community is also pet friendly. While the community is not located at the base of Park City's ski resorts, it does allow for nightly rental though it is better suited for local long term residents.
