The Pinebrook Cottages community consists of 90 homes located in the lower Pinebrook area of Park City, UT. The community is situated on an area of approximately 20 acres and is defined by 2 streets (Cottage Loop Rd. and Cottage Circle). The area enjoys small open space areas to its north and south and great accessibility to Park City as well as Salt Lake City, Utah.

Pinebrook Cottages is a grouping of 45 twin homes. This real estate area is technically a subdivision of condominiums, but the area has a single family residence feel (search for condominiums in the Pinebrook area of Park City to find these homes on the MLS). Each home has its own separate driveway and small fenced back yard making the area pet friendly. The townhomes share one common wall with the neighbor next door.

The community was built in 1995. The homes have wood siding exteriors and log accents. Common amenities to the residences include wood burning fireplaces, open floor plans, and 2-car garages. Home sizes range from 2 bedroom models with 2.5 baths starting at just under 1400 square feet to 4 bedroom 3 bath floor plans (2 story plus basements) measuring over 3000 square feet.

The Cottage Loop (Pinebrook Cottages) HOA is managed by Aspen Property Management (435-640-9999). The area does not allow for nightly rentals and most of the residents are local Park City citizens.

The Pinebrook Cottages have a private park and tennis court that can be accessed via a trail through a pocket park on the north side of the community. Communities neighboring Pinebrook Cottages include Elk Run, High Meadows, Mustang Loop, Brook Hollow, and Ecker Village.
