The Pine Creek Condominiums are a community of 72 residences located in the lower Pinebrook area of Park City, Utah. Pine Creek covers a little more than 8 acres located at 1600 Pinebrook Blvd. Park City, UT 84098. Pine Creek condominiums are made up of 9 buildings that are home to 6 to 12 residences in each unit for the total of 72 home ownership opportunities.

Each building has three levels and the entrance to each home is via a common staircase. Each home is a separate flat and lives on one level. There are 3 layout models within the community: 2 are 2 bedroom 2 bath models of 1059 to 1117 square feet, there is also a 3 bedroom 2 bath floor plan measuring 1264 or 1327 square feet (depending on where it is in the building). The upper floor condominiums have vaulted ceilings while the lower 2 floors have 9' ceilings. The homes originally built in 1996 share a mountain style finishes and log accents. Residences have washer and dryer hookups, gas fireplaces and private balconies off the living rooms. Each condominium at Pine Creek has a one car garage and is allowed unassigned parking for one other vehicle.

There is an active HOA (homeowners association) at Pine Creek and there is a resident manager on duty. A website is maintained by one of the owners and can be found at: http://www.PineCreekCondos.org. The common area is maintained by "No Worries Residential Services" of Park City (at 435-649-0028). Note that there are no dogs allowed at Pine Creek.

This Park City area community provides easy access into Park City or Salt Lake City, UT. The area has a very private feel due to the many aspen trees surrounding the buildings.
