Park City Nightlife

When the sun sets, the lifts close and the moon begins to rise, Park City doesn’t roll up its sidewalks, Park City rises again like a Phoenix!  The nightlife in Park City rivals those of larger, more metropolitan cities, while still maintaining its small town feel.  Pubs, clubs and après ski lounges rule the night – and on occasion – a few stars may come out to shine. This is home of the Sundance Film Festival after all!

Pubs and Clubs

Park City nightlife begins and ends on Main Street, with over 20 bars and clubs all competing for your business!  The mixologists at Lindzee O’Michaels serve up the best cocktails in town, so challenge them with your requests,. They can make anything – even drinks not on their menus!  While not exactly a pub, Stein Eriksen Lodge offers Hops On the Hill on Tuesday nights, beginning in July and ending in September, a beer tasting event and free concert. Wednesday nights from August to October, The Cabin on Main Street (home of the Elkupine!) offers dueling pianos, along with NFL Sundays, Open Mic nights as well as Ping Pong Tournaments. If you are single looking to mingle, one of the best nightclubs in Park City is Downstairs, founded by Danny Masterson of “that 70s show”. Downstairs is both contemporary and elegant and known for having the best bottle service in Park City!

Apres Ski!

For the ultimate in après ski, warm yourself by the fire at Deer Valley’s Goldener Hirsch Inn with a mug of mulled wine while you listen in awe to the yodeler who comes through the bar area regularly. Fill your belly with their winter European Buffet, in this Austrian themed restaurant and bar.

Feeling a bit upscale tonight?  The Powder Champagne Ice Lounge in the Waldorf Astoria Park City serves what else? Champagne, of course, at a 14 foot bar made completely of ice!  On Thursday nights, this Ice Lounge features live music as well! 

Does your significant other ski till the very last possible run of the day, while you prefer snuggling in a lounge with a nice glass of wine?  Sip that chardonnay while watching the skiing enthusiasts waste unnecessary energy (unnecessary to you, anyway!) on the Deer Hollow ski run at the J&G grill.  Stay warm while sampling their iconic 7452 Bloody Mary which ingredients include wasabi and black lava while your loved one swooshes up and down the slopes…it’s quite obvious that you have your priorities in order!
