Newpark Terrace (formerly Newpark Metro) is the most recent (now under construction) addition to the Newpark and Redstone community area at Kimball Junction in Park City, Utah.
The Newpark Terrace will consist of 60 residential townhome style condominiums. They will be situated on top of retail space and a parking structure. This perch above the other Newpark buildings will allow for mountain, and meadow views while having a distinct metropolitan style and feel due to its walking proximity to local amenities.
Offerings at Newpark Terrace in Park City will be primarily 2 bedroom models of approximately 1250 square feet. The residences will be constructed on two levels with the main living area situated upstairs to take in the views. They will include a one car attached garage and two master suites (one up and one down). Each unit will also have a patio on the main level and a deck off the upper level.
Finishes at Newpark Terrace will include granite countertops, knotty alder doors and cabinetry, stainless steel kitchen appliances, jetted bath tubs, a gas fireplace, forced air heating and air conditioning. They are slated to have 9' entry level ceilings and 10' living area ceilings. The townhouse styling means that there will be no neighbors above you and construction will be double stud walls with sound barriers between adjoining homes. The community will allow pets.
The developer has constructed more than 1000 homes in the Park City area and is very reputable within the community.
