Lookout at Deer Valley is a community of 35 homes in the Upper Deer Valley neighborhood area of Park City real estate. Lookout homes are a collection of large luxury condominiums eleven of which are freestanding while 24 share one common wall with another unit.
Lookout at Deer Valley is situated between two switchbacks on Royal Street near the Guardsman Pass connector road. These hillside homes have views from Empire Canyon peaks to Main St. Park City. Lookout homes range in size from just over 4300 square feet to just over 6200 square feet; offering four and five bedroom models with 5 to 6 baths. Lookout offers 7 models all of which are built with three levels, all but 4 units come equipped with elevators. Finishes vary slightly with newer models typically featuring more custom finishes.
Lookout homes are designed to live like your primary residence with large rooms, multiple living areas, vaulted ceilings, custom floorings, gourmet kitchens, custom cabinetry, and granite counters. Each Lookout at Deer Valley home has a two car garage and the exterior grounds are cared for by the HOA.
Lookout has an onsite concierge stationed in the owner's retreat and clubhouse. The clubhouse is available to owners for guest entertaining and also has an efficiency ADA compatible apartment for overflow guests. Lookout at Deer Valley also runs a private shuttle service to and from any of Deer Valley's skiing base areas (Snowpark, Silver Lake, or Empire canyon) for Lookout owners and guests.
