In the Park Meadows area perched upon the hillside is the Last Sun at the Cove at Eagle Mountain. This community has exceptional views over the Jack Nicklaus designed Park Meadows Country Club to the Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons  Ski Areas. In a town with so many fantastic views this is one of the best. Another plus with the orientation of Last Sun is that it has sun exposure most of the day even during the winter.
Last Sun at the Cove at Eagle Mountain is the second phase of the Cove at Eagle Mountain Subdivision which also includes the Cove at Eagle Mountain and The Gallery at the Cove at Eagle Mountain. These condos are available in spacious four and five bedroom townhomes that range in size from 3650 square feet to 5158 square feet. There are 46 condos in the All of Last Sun condominiums have two car garages. Snow removal of the driveways is included in the Home Owners Association fees.
Amenities at Last Sun include an outdoor hot tub and a swimming pool as well as tennis courts and a clubhouse. Its location just across the street from the Park Meadows Country Club where social and full memberships are available is a benefit many home owners in the Park Meadows area take advantage of. Even if you don’t play golf it is nice to be able to walk across Meadows Drive for dinner. Not a bad option during the Sundance Film Festival, Arts Festival and other times of year when getting into dinner in Park City is difficult.
