The Hotel Park City is an 86 whole ownership luxury condominium resort hotel located at 2001 Park Avenue. Hotel Park City's Old Town location is adjacent to the Park City Golf Course and near all three Park City Utah ski resorts Deer Valley Resort, The Canyons, and Park City Mountain Resort.

The Hotel Park City has been built in 2 phases with the main hotel and amenities being built in 2003 with the cottage residences following in 2007. The main hotel features architecture that was inspired by the great lodges of our National Parks. It features 54 rooms most of which are one bedroom suites of approx 500 sq ft. (called executive suites) featuring kitchenette, stacking washer & dryer, Jacuzzi tub, fireplace & king size bed and closet plus separate seating area (sleeper sofa). Note that the suites do not have a door to the bedroom. 9 rooms are atypical larger suites. While the hotel sits on Park Ave. SR 224, rooms are situated so that they all face the mountains and are insulated from sound by the hallway. This configuration also means that all of the Hotel Park City executive suites have golf course and mountain views. The cottages at the Hotel Park City located just north of the main hotel are made up of 10 buildings that are home to one and two bedroom residences. The Cottages are full featured true one and two bedroom residences with great views, kitchenettes, fireplaces (inside and out) and private hot tubs. The Cottages at the Hotel Park City have true residence feel, but lack a garage or parking close to the units. They do have a more private feel and enjoy all the hotel amenities while having a condominium feel.

The luxury amenities at the Hotel Park City include: fully furnished mountain contemporary finishes, 10' ceilings, travertine, jetted, granite countertops, alder cabinets, entertainment center, washer & dryer, fireplace, decks, and patios. There is a 24 hr front desk, parking valet (for the heated underground parking), shuttle, golf course and pro shop, x-country ski trails, heated outdoor pool, resort spa and fitness center, with treatment rooms, hydrotherapy, steam & dry therapy, hair and nail salon.

The amenities combined with the available meeting rooms and Ruth's Chris Steak House on the property as well as great in town golf course location make this one of the best income producing properties in Park City. Occupancy rates stay high year around.
