High Meadows at Pinebrook

High Meadows at Pinebrook is nestled at the base of Ecker Hill one of Park City's many historic areas. Ecker Hill was one of the earliest ski jumping hills in the country. The west end of High Meadows overlooks the large park in Pinebrook as well as a small pond. One of the many benefits to living in Pinebrook and High Meadows is the ease of access to both Salt Lake City and old town Park City. The 20 minute commute to downtown Salt Lake makes this an ideal area for people working in Salt Lake but wanting to live in the mountains. The easy 15 minute drive into old town means that you can take full advantage of all that Park City has to offer whether its restaurants or ski resorts.
High Meadows Estates is a subdivision in the greater Pinebrook area and is a part of the Pinebrook Homeowners Association. As a member of the association High Meadows Home and property owners have access to the many Pinebrook amenities. Probably the best know Pinebrook amenities are the large park and extensive trails system. The park features basketball and sand volley ball courts, a covered picnic area and extensive lawn area. The trail system winds through out the entire Pinebrook area and connects to the Ridge trail on which you can bike or hike all the way to Deer Valley ski resort. From the higher trails you can see over into the Olympic Sports Park which was the site of the alpine and Nordic ski jumping, bobsled events and the luge races during the 2002 winter Olympics. Other Pinebrook amenities include tennis and basketball courts. Many people consider the addition of Quarry Village one of the Pinebrook amenities because of the convenience of shopping and dining the Village brings to the area.
