Hidden Creek Condominiums (formerly Park West Condominiums) are located within The Canyons real estate neighborhood of Park City, Utah. Hidden Creek Condominiums at 1920 and 2100 The Canyons Resort Dr. Park City, UT 84098 are within walking distance to the Cabriolet lift at The Canyons Resort in Park City. The new Frostwood Gondola at The Canyons Resort may also prove close enough for Hidden Creek Condominiums owners and guests to find useful for ski and snowboard access.

The Hidden Creek Condominiums were built in 1976 and 1977 back when the Canyons Resort in Park City was known as Park West. At that time Hidden Creek Condos along with The Red Pine Condominiums and Town Homes were some of the closest residences and rentals to the ski resort. When the Resort became The Canyons and a new base area further up the hill moved in, Hidden Creek and Red Pine condominiums lost some of their luster. They now may represent strong real estate values as they both, while not new, are still in a very desirable Park City location at Canyons Resort.

There are 130 condominiums within Hidden Creek. They range from studios to 4 bedroom models. Studios and one bedroom Hidden Creek Condominiums range from 500 to 800 square feet with most just over 600; two bedroom models range from just over 600 to nearly 1600 sq feet with the majority slightly under 1300; there bedroom models can range from 1000 to 1800 square feet; there are few 4 bedroom models, some of which were combined 2 unit condominiums.
Amenities at Hidden Creek Condominiums in Park City include: a club house, spa/hot tub area, outdoor pool, tennis courts and a game room. Shuttle service to Old Town Park City, Deer Valley Resort or Kimball Junction (shopping) is also available. The best amenity though is the proximity to The Canyons Resort.
Hidden Creek Condominiums can be a quite variable product in terms of finishes (mostly due to their age). Each unit is individually owned and the level of upgrades from its mid 1970's finishes can vary from none to complete remodels. This along with the view aspects and location within the development and whether or not the unit has an attached garage will have dramatic impacts on the value of a Hidden Creek Condominium.
