Glenfiddich is a condominium complex located in Lower Deer Valley just a half mile from the Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Located at 2305 Queen Esther Drive, Park City, UT; the development is made up of three buildings with four units each.

 

The three buildings are placed in an arc surrounding an open space lawn and generally face Deer Valley Resort® base area ski runs. All of the condos have a single car garage and all have space for hot tubs on the decks. First level models are three bedroom 2 baths in the 1500-1600 square foot range (these will be represented by odd numbered units). Upper level models are much larger (2700+ square feet) as they have vaulted ceilings and a large loft space with an extra bed and bath.

 

Glenfiddich condominiums were originally built in 1994 and were designed to have a log cabin feel (similar to Comstock Lodge in Lower Deer Valley® and Black Bear Lodge in Upper Deer Valley®). Some models have been redone to more contemporary tastes while others have held onto the mountain log feel.
