The Elk Run at Pinebrook condominium community of Park City, Utah is a neighborhood development of just under 15 acres with 104 residences. Residences at Elk Run tend to face toward the adjacent building and share common driveways (4 units per driveway). Elk Run at Pinebrook homes range from 2 bedroom 2.5 bath models starting at about 1500 square feet up to four bedroom 3.5 bath models ranging up to 2500 square feet. Most are built on three levels with the garage, one bedroom and laundry room on the downstairs floor. The living area / great room, kitchen and fireplace are on the main floor (many models also contain an atrium). Upstairs contain a loft and bedrooms in most models. The area around the buildings has great grassy areas and many trees giving the area a private feel. The HOA (home owners association) at Elk Run at Pinebrook also has two tennis courts for its residents.
The most unique asset of Elk Run at Pinebrook is that most of the condominiums here have a small yard attached (and fenced in) to each unit. This makes the area very pet friendly and makes the condominiums feel more like single family homes.
