If you are looking for “Green Built” homes in the Park City Real Estate Market these brand new Old Town homes are a must see. Construction is well under way on the first two homes so you can really get a feel for the layout. You can also see where the other five homes will be built. In the Echo Spur homes the developer is using solar, super insulation technologies and other strategies to build homes that meet the HERS standards thus reducing the homes impact on the environment and minimizing the owner’s utility bills. If built according to their plans the homes will also collect rain water for irrigation. The developer’s goal is to earn LED, HERS and ENERGY STAR certifications upon completion of the construction.

These homes are perched atop Rossi Hill on the border of Park City. All of the homes will have views into the Historic District of Old Town and most will have stunning views to Deer Valley’s Empire Pass area.

Because of the location on the hill it is an easy walk in to the shops, restaurants and galleries on Historic Main Street but the walk back is a bit more challenging.
