Deer Vista is a newly re-released Park City, UT real estate area subdivision. Deer Vista is now in its third name, but the previous attempts (Canyon Trails and Deer Canyon Preserve) may just have been ahead of their time.  This Jordanelle area subdivision while technically in Wasatch County is just minutes from downtown Park City. Most of the 103 lots offer great views toward the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Uintah’s in the distance while some of the higher lots at Deer Vista will offer ski run views of Park City’s t winter resorts; Deer Valley® and Park City Mountain.

The Deer Vista community has a gated entrance at both ends with the primary entrance off Highway 248 just west of the Deer Mountain subdivision at Deer Canyon Drive. Deer Vista covers over 400 acres with 250 of the acres dedicated to open space. Most all of the homesites are over one acre.

Lot sales at Deer Vista will be phased in moving uphill as the development grows. As with most developments the later phases will likely have higher prices to match their views. Developer home product may also be available.
