The Deer Valley Club is a 30 unit residence club condominium complex located at 7720 E Royal St in the Upper Deer Valley real estate area of Park City, UT. The Deer Valley Club is one of the first residence clubs in the country. Built in 1992, the club has 195 owners holding tenant in common (TIC) fee simple ownership. Club usage is subject to reservation policies. In general, each owner receives 2 summer weeks and 2 winter weeks plus any other time based on space available. Owners purchase shares by unit size and not a particular townhome. This ownership program requires some flexibility and may not work for everyone. In general the system works very well and has been copied by many club ownership properties outside Park City.

Deer Valley Club owners enjoy many amenities including a members lounge, game room and restaurant. There is an on-site check-in service, full time concierge and shuttle service running in town as well as to and from Salt Lake International Airport. There is a heated outdoor pool plus indoor and outdoor spas. The number one amenity at the Deer Valley Club is its ski-in/ski-out location at Deer Valley® Resort and slope-side staffed ski locker room. Ski out to the Silver Lake area and in from the Bald Eagle area of Deer Valley® Resort.

Townhomes at the Deer Valley Club range from 2 to 4 bedroom models, some with lofts plus 2 studios for overflow use. The units have a mountain contemporary feel, are very comfortable and well appointed. Recent upgrades include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in all units. Ski run views as well as valley views overlooking Upper Deer Valley® Resort can be enjoyed from the rooms. Excess availability is not put into a rental pool and the property is not designed for rental use as revenue producing.

Ownership at the Deer Valley Club can be a great ski and summer getaway as well as a way to test Park City as a possible permanent residence.
