Nestled in the back of the quiet Park Meadows neighborhood The Cove at Eagle Mountain is the first phase in a subdivision that also includes Last Sun at the Cove and the Gallery at the Cove at Eagle Mountain.  The Cove’s conveniently located just a few minutes from the three Park City Ski Areas and Old Town but far enough away to afford owners a break from the Resort activities and energy. It is also adjacent to the Park Meadows Country Club’s hole #10 and one of the trail heads into the Round Valley hiking and biking area.

These 69 Cove at Eagle Mountain townhomes were built between 1997 & 1998. They range in size from 1855 square foot two bedroom three bath condos to 3799 square foot five bedroom six bath units.  In all there are six floor plans at the Cove which are available upon request. The smaller units have one car garages and the larger condos have up to three car garages which is a real asset during the winter.
