The Courtyards at Quarry Village is a condominium community located in lower Pinebrook area adjacent to the Quarry Village shopping center in Park City, Utah. There will be 52 townhomes built over four phases (phase 1 was completed in 2008) in this exclusive neighborhood. The Courtyards at Quarry Village has an HOA (home owners association) to manage and oversee common area amenities. Nightly rentals are allowed with a minimum of four nights or more. Hot tubs are allowed on the decks and pets under 20 pounds are permitted.

The Courtyards at Pinebrook have direct access to Quarry Village, a commercial shopping center with Fresh Market Grocery,  Chase Bank, Dry Cleaners, restaurants and bars (aka private clubs in Utah), Gym and Wellness Spa, Starbucks Coffee and much more. As this Master planned community is finished, The Courtyards at Quarry Village should prove to be a great walk-able community.

The Courtyards at Pinebrook is located just minutes from Park City and its world famous ski resorts, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and The Canyons. Ski Magazine rated Deer Valley as best ski resort in North America, Park City Mountain Resort was #5 and The Canyons #13. Salt Lake City is only 20 minutes down the canyon and Salt Lake International Airport is less than 30 minutes away. There is public bus service from Quarry Village to the three ski areas and main street Park City. There is also easy access to miles and miles of bike and hiking trails.
