Cedar Ridge is located in the Pinebrook area of Park City, UT and overlooks the old red sandstone quarry. This real estate subdivision consists of 88 twin homes that range in size from approximately 2100 to 2900 square feet. Most of the homes are three bedroom two and one half bath homes and several four bedrooms, four bath models.
To access Cedar Ridge take the Jeremy Ranch exit off of Interstate 80 and head south to the frontage road. Continue straight on to Pinebrook Blvd and turn right on Pointe Road. Just beyond the Pinebrook Point Condos you will enter the Cedar Ridge subdivision of Pinebrook in Park City, UT. The Cedar Ridge twin homes are on N Pointe Rd, Cedar Dr, and Cedar Ct.
Construction began in Cedar Ridge in 2000 with homes being phased in through 2008. There are 5 floor plans available (see photos below). The Pinion and Ridge Pine plans include main level master bedrooms. The homes are 2 to 3 levels and may include some unfinished space.
The convenience of the many Pinebrook amenities and the Quarry Village Shopping area is a great asset to its residents.
