Built in the late 1990's, Canyon Creek club is a subdivision within the Kimball Junction community. Canyon Creek Club is situated on the northern edge of Park City and features views of Park City's three ski resorts and the Wasatch Mountains.

Canyon Creek Club is made up of 16 buildings plus the clubhouse that house the 312 one, two and three bedroom condominium residences. Residents enjoy many amenities including pools, hot tubs, volleyball and basketball courts, clubhouse and fitness center with a climbing wall.

 

There is an active HOA at Canyon Creek Club that takes care of the pools, hot tubs, and front office as well as the grounds and common areas around the units. Dogs are allowed - there are even pet clean-up bags and bins located at most grassy areas. Canyon Creek Club condominiums also enjoy great access to open space and trails located to the north of the property.

Mail is delivered to boxes located within each building and the office will accept packages for residents. The community does not allow short term (less than one month) rentals. There is a common laundry facility, even though many residences have their own laundry machines.

The city bus route has a stop in front of Canyon Creek and it is an easy walk (there is a tunnel under highway 80) to many local amenities (Smith's Grocery, Whole Foods, restaurants, banks, shops, theaters etc.). Many units have deeded detached garages and some have attached garages. Canyon Creek Club's location makes for an easy commute to Salt Lake City. This is an area that you'll find was, at one time or another, the residence of many Park City "locals". This can be a great place to own real estate in Park City for first-time buyers, investors, Salt Lake commuters, second home owners or ???
