Brook Hollow Village is a community of townhomes in the Pinebrook area of Park City, Utah. The Pinebrook neighborhood of the Park City is in the north eastern area of Park City; west of Summit Park and South of Highway 80. The Brook Hollow Village neighborhood is a collection of 60 townhouse style residences on Brook Hollow Loop Road off Pinebrook Boulevard.
The homes are split between stand alone (no common walls with neighbors and town-home style (one common wall) construction. Many share a common driveway. All of the models are two story construction and feature 2 car garages. The community was built in 1996, it features exterior wood siding with log accents and fire suppression sprinklers inside the homes. Floor-plans within the development are either three or four bedroom options ranging from 1650 to over 2900 square feet. Units on the interior share a large treed common area outside their rear decks. There is open space bordering Brook Hollow Village to the east and south.

 

Brook Hollow is a pet friendly community situated in an easily accessed area of Park City. The new Quarry Village commercial center to the north has added more restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The Pinebrook trail system can be accessed easily from Brook Hollow for great biking and hiking.

 

The HOA at Brook Hollow provides basic cable, water and sewer services, landscaping and snow removal. Owners are responsible for the exterior maintenance of their units and are required to paint or stain regularly to keep the community looking good. This Park City subdivision provides the benefits of a condominium community while giving residents the feel of single family home living.
