As is the case with all of the condos in the Silver Lake area of Upper Deer Valley, the Aspen Hollow condominiums are nestled in an alpine setting which is something many ski condo buyers have high on their list of requirements.
There are 16 Aspen Hollow properties which were built in approximately 1989. They range in size from 2300 to 6188 square feet and have 3, 4 & 5 bedrooms with 4, 5 and 6 bathrooms. The lodge-like exterior of the buildings are typical of late 1980’s to late 1990’s mountain construction. The interiors vary significantly from condo to condo depending upon when and how extensively the unit was remodeled. While the most recent remodels trend between transitional to contemporary in design, the homes we have seen have successfully retained a warm feel that is so important in a winter mountain environment.
All of the Aspen Hollow condos have attached two car garages and hot tubs. This subdivision also has a ski out trail that takes you down to the Snow Park Lodge in Lower Deer Valley. At the end of the day it is an easy walk from the Silver Lake Lodge back to Aspen Hollow.
