American Flag is a subdivision in the Upper Deer Valley real estate area of Park City, Utah. American Flag was one of the first single family home subdivisions that Deer Valley® Resort developed (the subdivision was established a year after the Resort opened). The area is closest to the Lower Deer Valley real estate area and provides easy access to Park City’s Historic Main St. There are 93 homesites within the subdivision with most of the homes located on Centennial Cir. Four of the homesites border the Success Ski Run at Deer Valley® and all have rights to a ski easement between homes to access the run to start the day skiing. Return access is done via an easement below Silver Dollar and the homes in the Belleterre subdivision. A few of the homes purchased and installed a private poma lift for easier ski return access at the end of the day. Homes in the American Flag subdivision can have views of Lower Deer Valley, Old Town and Empire pass depending on the lot and orientation. Like most of the Upper Deer Valley real estate area, many of the homes are vacation get-aways, but the easy access to Old Town Park City makes them a viable primary residence.
