Soldier Hollow Silver - Midway
Gene Bates Golf Design provided the unique layout, which boasts native Utah vegetation, one of the longest courses in the state and the originality of being the only golf course built on an Olympic venue. The area is part of the Wasatch State Park. Soldier Hollow's new 36-hole facility is sure to become a favorite golf destination. The Silver Course is unique in that its layout consists of 6 par 3's, 6 par 4's, and 6 par 5's. Most of the holes are fairly straight forward in their design with many well placed bunkers. The six par three holes are no push-over as they measure in the 200 yard range from the blue tees and reaching the par 5's in two will require well struck shots. The Silver Course can be walked as its elevation changes are not as severe as the Gold Couse.

As with the Soldier Hollow Gold Course, and Wasatch State Park Lake and Mountain Courses, there are no homes located on the golf course, but there are many in the nearby areas of Heber and Midway that provide easy access to and great views of the course and nearby Deer Creek Reservoir. This course and its nearby real estate are about 20 minutes from Park City, Utah.
