The Snow Flower condominiums are a subdivision in the Old Town Park City real estate neighborhood. This community is made up of four separate buildings consisting of two addresses: 401 and 405 Silver King Dr. Park City, UT 84060. Built in 1978 and 1979, this is one of the prime locations at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums provide owners and guests true slope-side accommodations.
The condominium residences at Snow Flower vary from 450 sq ft studios up to 6 bedroom models of over 2200 sq ft. The majority of the 142 units at Snow Flower are two and three bedroom models, some upper floor units have lofts.
The Snow Flower condominium location just north of the Park City Mountain Resort Center puts the area within walking distance to the restaurants, retail shops and main base lifts (Payday, and Crescent Ridge) while still far enough away to feel private. Depending on the individual location of the unit, Snow Flower condominiums can have ski slope, Park City or tucked in aspen grove views. The true slope-side location allows you to out your skis on just steps from your door and ski to the lifts. The First Time and Three Kings Lifts access beginner runs as well as the main base area while the Eagle lift will allow you to access upper slopes and the King Con area. Snowflower also has easy access to the Eagle Superpipe and jump arena for the more aggressive skiers and snowboarders.
In addition to a great location the Snow Flower Condominiums have great on-site amenities. Tennis courts and outdoor BBQ and picnic areas are available during warmer months. There are multiple hot tubs and a heated pool. Each building has underground parking and elevators to access upper levels of the buildings. There are locker facilities and conference rooms as well as a fitness center. Snow Flower Property Management staffs a front desk/office 24 hours a day.
