The Silver Star at Park City is a community of 98 luxury condominiums, townhomes and cottages in the Old Town neighborhood of Park City. Its location is on the far northern reaches of the Old Town real estate area. The community should be fully completed by 2009. Silver Star at Park City is primarily located on Three Kings Dr. and has cottage homes on Silver Star Ct; Crescent Ridge Rd. and Spiro Tunnel Rd make up the rest of its boundaries.
Silver Star at Park City has represents one of the few true ski-in/ski-out properties adjacent to the Park City Mountain Resort. The Silver Star lift which takes residents and guests of Silver Star to the Temptation run (intermediate trail) to access the rest of the mountain beginning with the King Con lift is located in the middle of the Silver Star condominium area. Since there is no public parking area adjacent to this lift, lines here should never be an issue. Silver Star at Park City's location is not just a great winter location; as summer blooms, this subdivision is directly across from the Park City Municipal Golf Course. Silver Star is also adjacent to the Spiro Trail, a favorite hiking and biking trail for many Park City residents.
