Queen Esther Village condominiums are located a short three-quarter’s of a mile from Snow Park Lodge (Deer Valley Resort Main Base area) and just two blocks from the free Park City Transit route in the Lower Deer Valley Real Estate area of Park City.
The development is made up of three different HOA’s and building types totaling 40 condominiums all tied together with similar finishes and some commonalities. The Home Owner Associations work together handling common areas, road, snow and landscaping issues.
Br>Condominiums at Queen Esther are all of townhome design most with two levels and some of the larger models with three levels. Smaller two bedroom Queen Esther models start at just under 1300’; beware of measurements on the county records which include the garage in the square foot calculations. Three bedroom models tend to be around 2000’ and there are a few four and five bedroom options offering over 2700’ of living space. These condominiums feature private garage two car garages which is one of the features that sets the development apart from other Lower Deer Valley condominiums. Many of the Queen Esther condos were originally equipped with indoor hot tubs which may or may not still be a feature depending on remodeling.
The Queen Esther Village area does not have any shared common area amenities (Pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) but it is on the Deer Valley Resort private shuttle system to get you to and from the resort during the ski season. There is a trail next to the pond (frequented by moose, blue heron, sand hill cranes and other wildlife) on the north side of the development which accesses other trails in the Lower Deer Valley real estate area.
Queen Esther Village’s location away from Deer Valley Drive makes it a quiet space with great access to not only the Lower Deer Valley Resort area, but also to all that Park City has to offer (Main St is only 1 mile away.
