The Silverado Lodge located at 2653 & 2669 The Canyons Resort Dr. Park City, UT 84098 is one of the more recent additions to The Canyons Resort area. The development was finished in the spring of 2007 and lies just on the edge of The Canyons Resort Village. The Silverado property has just over 100 condominiums ranging from studios to four bedroom models.

Suites at the Silverado Lodge range from studios of under 300 square feet to 1800 plus square foot models. All of the condominiums at Silverado share a mountain contemporary design featuring: solid wood alder doors, alder baseboards and casings, nine foot ceilings (some vaulted), fireplaces, in-unit washer and dryers, large windows, and outdoor decks. The kitchens feature: alder cabinets, granite slab countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood or slate flooring. Most models have been designed with multiple lock-out features to maximize configurations for owners using their condominiums as rentals.

The condominium hotel features of Silverado include a main lobby with check-in area including a large fireplace and timber beam construction. There is a fully staffed front desk with concierge, ski storage, conference center, and heated underground parking. Silverado has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a fitness center for those that didn't find enough outdoor activity in Park City. There are plans for a future on-site restaurant.

There is a ski shuttle to the base of the Grand Summit Hotel as the Silverado Lodge is not slope-side, and is located just beyond a comfortable walk in ski boots. Morinda Properties other Canyons area developments - Escala and Sunrise at Escala - are ski-in, ski-out properties. Silverado, while at the edge of the Resort Village at the Canyons, is not quite "in" the village. Prices at Silverado reflect this location drawback. Guest shuttle services more than make up for this and provide easy movement throughout The Canyons Resort and nearby Park City amenities.

Resale condominiums are readily available at the Silverado Lodge. Prospective buyers should be aware that there is a 2% transfer fee for condominiums at Silverado.
