The Fox Bay Condominiums in the Jordanelle area of Park City Real Estate is a community of 132 stacked condominiums clustered in 15 buildings near the base of the Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley. Ten of the buildings have 8 units (4 up and 4 down) 4 have three levels of 4 units each and one which houses the clubhouse and fitness area has 4 units. All of the buildings in Fox Bay have common underground parking.
Fox Bay at Jordanelle was built in 2003. The community is located in a still largely undeveloped area in terms of retail amenities (retail amenities are located in park City or Heber; both about 7 miles away), but is in a great location in terms of recreational amenities. Views of Deer Valley ski runs and the Jordanelle Reservoir indicate just how close some of Park City's best recreational opportunities are to the Fox Bay condominiums. The Gondola at Deer Valley Resort as well as the Hailstone recreation site at the Jordanelle Reservoir which includes picnic sites, pavilions, RV and tent sites as well as boat ramp are just a couple of minutes away.
Within the community at Fox Bay, residents and guests (Fox Bay allows for short term rentals of one week or more) enjoy a fitness center, pool and hot tub. The area also has a playground for kids, picnic tables and charcoal BBQ grills and a basketball court.
All of the units within Fox Bay are the same size; all are two bedroom two bath models of just over 1000 square feet. All buildings and garages at Fox Bay are secured requiring key or keypad code access for entrance. The buildings lack elevators. There is and active HOA which has maintained the common areas very well.
Many of the Fox Bay units were part of the Wasatch County deed restricted housing units which can account for price variations beyond the normal scope of interior upgrades and views.
