One of the newest real estate development areas in Park City, Empire Canyon is located at the top of the Deer Valley Resort ski area. These are true ski-in/ski-out properties that rival the finest in the world.

The majority of the condominiums and single family homes in this area are second homes and are part of the Talisker Club. Single family home opportunities in the area also known as Flagstaff are: Bannerwood, Belles at Empire Pass, Nakoma, Northside Village, Red Cloud, and Paintbrush. Condominium developments include slopeside and ski-in/ski-out properties that live like single family homes including: Flagstaff, Arrowleaf, The Grand Lodge, Ironwood at Empire Pass, Larkspur, Shooting Star, and Silver Strike.
