Neighborhoods - Deer Valley - Upper

This Park City real estate neighborhood represents the area around Deer Valley Resort's mid-mountain area of Silver Lake. The area which used to be Lake Flat was Park City's first mining settlement. The lake was inadvertently drained by a mine tunnel in the area. The area is now home to luxury ski-in/ski-out homes and condominiums. Homes in the area are at an elevation of about 8000 feet. The area is accessed via Royal Street from the base of Lower Deer Valley or via Ontario Canyon Road (known as the mine road) via Marsac Avenue (it's about 2 miles up the hill from the roundabout in Park City).

The Upper Deer Valley (aka Silver Lake) area is home to some great restaurants and the normal ski base area retail stores and condominiums. There are over 600 condominium units in the area including: Aspen Hollow, Bellearbor, Bellemont, Bellevue, Black Bear Lodge, Cache At Silver Lake, Chateaux At Silver Lake, Deer Valley Club, Double Eagle, Enclave, Little Belle Condominium, Goldener Hirsch, Little Belle, Lookout at Deer Valley, Mont Cervin, Ontario Lodge, Ridge (at Silver Lake), Ridgepoint, Royal Plaza, Silver Bird, Stag Lodge, Stein Eriksen Lodge, Sterling Lodge, Sterlingwood, The Inn at Silver Lake, Trailside, Twin Pines At Silver Lake, and The Woods At Deer Valley.

Outside the retail and resort complex there are also great single family home subdivisions. They are: Alpen Rose, Alta Vista, American Flag, Bald Eagle Club, Bellearbor, Bellemont, Belleterre, Bellevue, Evergreen, Knoll Estates/Deer Valley Club Estates, Knollheim, Silver Lake Village, The Cottages, and Willow Brook.

Most of the homes and condominium communities have very nearby ski access if not trails that pass right by the front or back door.
