The Deer Crest community of Park City is a gated community of 144 lots / homes on the eastern boarder of Deer Valley. It can be accessed from either lower Deer Valley or from the I-40 Mayflower exit. This gated community offers luxury ski-in, ski-out (most all of these homes have ski locker rooms next to the private trails winding through the area) single family homes, condominiums and home sites with views of the Deer Valley ski area runs and the Jordanelle Reservoir and beyond. Homes here can feel miles away from the town of Park City, but are truly just minutes away via a private gated road into Deer Valley. This area is now home to the recently completed St. Regis at Deer Crest, one of Park City's most prestigious real estate addresses. There are a limited number of condominiums in Deer Crest Village. The homes in the Snowtop at Deer Crest area homes have limited ski access but enjoy some of the areas' best views.
