Neighborhoods - Deer Valley - Lower

This Park City real estate neighborhood is made up of quite a few condominium complexes that feed the original base area for Deer Valley (Snow Park had a rope tow back in 1929) and large luxury single family homes. Lower Deer Valley is in great demand both winter and summer due to its proximity to skiing and the summer concerts at Deer Valley Resort. Many of the homes and condominiums have great views and all are within a mile of the lifts and just as close to Main Street, Park City and its shops and restaurants.

Condominium developments make up the larger portion of Lower Deer Valley and include: Aspen Wood, Black Diamond Lodge, Boulder Creek, Bristlecone, Chaparral, Chateaux at Fawngrove, Comstock Lodge, Courchevel, Daystar / Amber Daystar, Deer Lake Village, Fawngrove, Glenfiddich, In The Trees, La Maconnerie, Lakeside, Lodges At Deer Valley, Pine Inn, Pinnacle at Deer Valley, Powder Run, Queen Esther Village, Red Stag Lodge (now offering fractional interests 1/8 shares), Silver Baron, Stonebridge, Trails End Lodge, and Wildflower. There are also a few condominium projects just outside the Lower Deer Valley PUD that are considered part of the area for practical reasons. These include: Fox Glove, Greyhawk, Portico, and Sunspot. These condominiums account for over 900 Lower Deer Valley condominiums.
