Neighborhoods - Deer Valley - Lower

This Park City real estate neighborhood is made up of quite a few condominium complexes that feed the original base area for Deer Valley (Snow Park had a rope tow back in 1929) and large luxury single family homes. Lower Deer Valley is in great demand both winter and summer due to its proximity to skiing and the summer concerts at Deer Valley Resort.
