The Back Nine at Jeremy Ranch consists of just over 100 home sites of which all but a few have been built out. The lot sizes in this Park City subdivision range from a third - three quarters of an acre. All of the homes in the Back Nine are custom built and most reflect a mountain contemporary design. There is an active HOA (home owners association) to enforce area CC&Rs. The Back Nine HOA collects yearly dues to cover open space maintenance and throws an annual block-party for Back Nine residents. There are open spaces that are dispersed throughout the Back Nine which allow herds of elk and many moose to move freely though the area.
The Jeremy Golf and Country Club is a private club, featuring a challenging 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed course. Membership is not attached to property, and club memberships are available to purchase. Across the highway at the base of Pinebrook is the Quarry Village shopping center, offering all the everyday amenities including a Fresh Market grocery store (which includes a pharmacy), and several restaurants to choose from.
