Completed in 2008 The Lowell is the first offering of new residences in the Resort Village in over 20 years. The contemporary mountain feel of The Lowell has modern clean lines and a timeless elegance throughout. The Lowell's location was formerly known as The Gables when it housed 21 one bedroom condominiums. That building was peeled down to its skeleton and rebuilt as the luxury resort condominiums The Lowell.
