Park City Movies and Film Festivals
Park City is well known for the Sundance Film Festival held each year in January. Many stars are seen and the idea of owning Park City real estate is brought to the forefront of movie goers' minds.

Local theatres in Park City: Holiday Village Cinemas located at 1776 Park Avenue, Park City, UT 84060 (435) 649-6541 just behind the Yarrow Hotel in the Albertson's shopping center.
Redstone 8 Cinemas located at 5942 Market St, Park City, UT 84098 (435) 575-0221 These theaters are at Kimball Junction (Highway 224 and I-80) behind the Whole Foods market.

Park City's local Film Series shows independent films, Sundance Favorites, and less mainstream films. The screenings are held in the Jim Santy Auditorium in the Park City Library building located at 1255 Park Avenue, at 8:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 6p on Sundays. Tickets are available at the door. Doors open at 7:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 5:00 pm on Sunday. Students & Seniors: $6.00 All Others: $7.00 10-Pass Punch Card: $50.00
Also presented in conjunction with the Park City Film Series are the Sundance Institute Documentary Series (the first Wednesday of each month), the Best of Slamdance, and Reel Classics free screenings.
