The Daystar / Amber Daystar Condominiums in the Lower Deer Valley neighborhood as defined within Park City real estate is a small community just east of the Pinnacle subdivision. The Daystar community can be accessed through the Pinnacle community or via Solamere Drive just off Deer Valley Drive. The community is situated on Amber Rd. and Amber Ct. in Park City, UT 84060.

The 24 condominiums that make up Amber Daystar were constructed in 1982. Daystar models are very similar; built in duplex style (one common wall) there is one (plus a mirror image) uphill model and one downhill model. Downhill models are slightly larger at just over 2400 square feet while uphill versions are just over 2100 square feet. All models originally were built with 3 bedroom and 2 ½ baths. The Daystar condos all have an atrium style window wall facing south east toward the slopes at Deer Valley Resort. An indoor hot tub was commonly inside these windows in the original design.

Daystar / Amber Daystar condominiums at Deer Valley have two car garages as well as street and off-street parking. Pets are allowed and trails in the open space behind the community are easily access when snow from Daystar. Nightly rentals are allowed, but most owners currently do not have their Daystar / Amber Daystar condos in rental pools. Access to Deer Valley for summer concerts or winter skiing as well as Historic Main St. Park City is easy via the nearby stop for Park City’s free bus system. The Daystar community does not have any shared amenities.
