Stonebridge - Boulder Creek

The Stonebridge and Boulder Creek Condominiums in the Lower Deer Valley real estate area of Park City, Utah are conveniently located off Deer Valley Drive between the Deer Valley Resort and Old Town. Boulder Creek and Stonebridge share Stonebridge Circle which is accessed via a stone bridge from Deer Valley Drive. Stonebridge was originally platted to be a 56 townhome style condominium community but the economic downturn of the 80’s impacted the project and only 26 of the units were built. In 1992 a new developer purchased the undeveloped portion and built Boulder Creek condominiums which have 28 condominiums. The differences between the two Park City real estate subdivisions are fairly significant.

The Stonebridge condominiums were built between 1981 and 1984 and offer Park City home buyers two to four bedroom condominiums which range in size from 1,700 up to 3,300 square feet. Many of these units have been extensively remodeled. The entire community added new roofs and siding in 2009 which is a real plus for potential home buyers. Stonebridge condos are larger and in most cases more expensive they will also have a two car garage while the Boulder Creek condos will have a one car garage.

In Boulder Creek there are two, three and four bedroom condos which range in size from 1436 to 2069 square feet. The Boulder Creek townhomes were built in duplex and triplex models between 1992 and 1997. These condos vary in their interior finishes; some of them are in original condition while others have been remodeled.

While neither of these townhome communities offer amenities such as a clubhouse, pool or spa (most have private hot tubs), the location puts you right in the heart of Park City. It is an easy Walk to the historic old town area and all of the clubs, restaurants, galleries and shops. To get to the ski areas and other park city attractions just hop on the local free bus which stops right next to the entrance on Deer Valley Drive.

Both Boulder Creek and Stonebridge allow for nightly rentals and their location makes them popular with vacationers. Another feature many home buyers consider an asset is that they also allow pets (with some restrictions).
