Juniper Landing is part of the Frostwood village real estate development at The Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. Juniper landing when complete will consist of 60 townhome style residences built across 11 buildings (2, 4, 6, and 8-plexes) within walking distance to the new private Frostwood Gondola at The Canyons.

The Frostwood Gondola is complete and scheduled to open for the 2009-2010 ski and snowboard season at The Canyons Resort. The gondola is designed as a private access for the Frostwood Development area of the resort which includes The Miner’s Club, Dakota Mountain Lodge, Fairway Springs Ski & Golf Villas and a couple of yet to be named communities. The Frostwood area lies in the middle of the proposed golf course at The Canyons (best case scenario for the course is 2013 opening currently) a little more than 2/3 of the way between the entrance to the resort and the Flight of The Canyons Gondola base. The Juniper Landing community will be a short walk from the Frostwood Gondola.

The Juniper Landing townhomes will range in size from 1250 to 2000 square feet. Models will be available in two and three bedroom configurations. There are 4 duplex models slated to be near 3600 square foot 5 bedroom units that will be available at a later date. The Juniper Landing residences will feature stone entries, wood floors, knotty alder doors, alder base and case, slab granite countertops, designer series stainless steel appliances, stone fireplaces, high ceilings, balconies with private hot tubs and attached two car garages. Walls between units will be insulated for sound and with the townhome design; you have no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. Juniper Landing’s location provides dramatic views of The Canyons Resort and Park City. Juniper Landing will be suitable for full time residents as well as nightly rentals. An outdoor pool will be added as later phases of the development are completed (currently 4 of the 11 proposed buildings are near completion).
