There is one area of the Silver Springs neighborhood of Park City, Utah devoted to condominium real estate development, and six distinct condominium communities within this area bordered by South Shore, Snyders Mill, and Silver Springs. Like all the other Silver Springs neighborhoods, these condominium developments are conveniently located to the Parley's Park Elementary school, hiking and biking trails to Kimball Junction and Park City, free city bus service, and Route 224 allowing easy commuting access to Salt Lake City.

Streets within the Silver Springs condominium developments include: Meadow Loop Road, Silver Meadows Drive, Quail Meadow Road, Ptarmigan Court and Ptarmigan Loop Road. They are designed to discourage through traffic and add to the feeling of privacy within a densely (this is a relative term within Park City & Deer Valley real estate)populated area.
