Newpark Metro is the most recent (planned for 2011 completion) addition to the Newpark and Redstone community area at Kimball Junction in Park City, Utah.

The townhouse styling means that there will be no neighbors above you and construction will be double stud walls with sound barriers between adjoining homes. The community will allow pets.

The Newpark Metro townhomes are currently being offered pre-construction at an affordable Park City price point. The developer is offering a fully refundable reservation deposit with hopes to commence construction in the spring/summer of 2010. The developer has constructed more than 1000 homes in the Park City area and is very reputable within the community.
