The Crestview condominiums are located in the Kimball Junction area of Park City, UT. Built in 2001, there are 5 three story buildings with 24 units housed in each building. There is secure underground parking in each of the buildings plus covered exterior parking spaces.

Crestview is located above the Tanger Outlet mall, next to the Powderwood Condominiums and adjacent to open space. Many of the homes have views of the Utah Winter Sports Park and Olympic Ski jumps. While not necessarily built for the Winter Olympics of 2002, the timing of the build and the location gives the appearance that Crestview developers had the Olympics in mind.

The 120 Crestview condominiums share a common area with heated outdoor pool and multiple hot-tubs. There is a small exercise room and a clubhouse. The area allows for nightly rentals and most owners use All Seasons Resort Lodging for bookings and check-in services (note there is no on-site front desk).

The entrance to each building is through the garage and access to the rooms is via an elevator making this whole area wheel chair access friendly. The interior hallways have a hotel-like feel, but the condominiums themselves feel and live like a home. Small pets are allowed (there are size restrictions). The residences all have full kitchens many with granite counters and are well appointed. Sizes vary from one bedroom with 1.5 baths being 700 to 800 square feet in living space while 2 bedroom models with 2 or 3 baths range in size from just under 900 square feet to over 100 square feet. The largest condominiums in Crestview tend to be on the 3rd floor and are designed with loft areas increasing their size from 1450 to slightly less than 1800 square feet.

Like many of the other subdivisions in the Kimball Junction the many amenities in terms of retail and service outlets combined with the convenience of recreational opportunities make this one of Park City's fastest growing destination areas. The short drive to Salt Lake City, UT represents just one more positive point to this property.
