Park City Golf Course

The Park City Golf Course is consistently ranked as one of the premier public golf courses in the intermountain region; Park City Golf Club offers a challenging game at one of the state's most enviable locations.

First built in 1963 as a nine-hole course, this William Neff, signature golf course was redesigned to its current 18-holes in 1976. In the summer of 2003 the course under went some design changes the most notable being hole #18 which now is arguably one of the classic finishing holes in Utah. Fairways and tees are a combination of rye, and bluegrass. Greens are bent grass.

While not a "Golf Course Community" there are many Park City real estate property options on and around the course. Single family homes, condominiums and vacant land are all available. Available homes will be in a quiet mature setting. Available condos will consist of many nighlty rentals witha few owner occupied units.
