This Park City real estate area is located on the mountain between Old Town, Prospector Square, and Lower Deer Valley. The Aerie is right in the heart of Park City. When you come off the hill in one direction, you are in Old Town near Main St. Park City, if you exit the Aerie in the other direction, you are in Lower Deer Valley. Yet its peaceful mountain setting makes it seem like you are miles away from town. Most of the luxury homes and town homes here have spectacular views of Park City and the local ski resorts - Deer Valley, The Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort. This area can be accessed from Main St. Park City and from Deer Valley Dr. This area can get a ittle "breezier" than some others, but the views and proximity to town more than make up for it.
