Neighborhoods - Oakley, Peoa and Weber Canyon

Oakley and Peoa lie in the Weber Canyon between the towns of Coalville and Kamas. They are small towns consisting of mostly farming communities. They are part of summit county and thus a part of the Park City MLS and part of Park City real estate. Homes in the area can be small ramblers as well as cabin types of property (some with great fishing access along the Weber River). There are some large resort types of property that skew the statistics toward higher prices, most homes in the area are reasonably priced. The area is somewhat remote and has a definite rural flavor. There is some cabin property that has limited access in the winter (snowmobile access to Aspen Acres) and there is one newer planned community (North Bench Farms built in 2007).
