Neighborhoods - Heber and Daniels
The Heber Valley is just 15 minutes from Park City, this real estate area has been cited as one of the best resort values by The Wall Street Journal last year. The area is growing rapidly and has many more amenities than some of the other "out of town" areas. Most of the recent and future developments show the influence of Park City (think resort homes) both in their price and size. The town is working hard to retain its small town farm community feel. Amazing views of the Timpanogos mountain range and the valley abound. There are many real estate opportunities here and this area has its own access to skiing Deer Valley via the gondola at the Jordanelle.
Heber is home to the future Red Ledges club development featuring a Jack Nicklaus golf course, tennis and equestrian facilities. Its Main Street area is undergoing a re-birth and many new developments are underway. New development is targeted toward both resort and second home type communities as well as more attainable home communities. The local high school is undergoing a huge remodel and a new senior center has recently been built.
The Daniels area to the south of Heber features a more rural feel with most homes requiring at least 5 acre lots.
